Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

No. All bookings are final and non-refundable, but you can rebook if you ask at least 2 days ahead.

What if it rains?

We're indoors, so your game goes ahead rain or shine.

How do I change my schedule?

How much does rebooking cost?

15% of your original booking amount. For example, a ₱1,000 booking costs ₱150 to rebook. If the new slot has a higher rate, you also pay the difference.

Can I rebook less than 2 days before my schedule?

No. Your original booking stays as is and is not refundable.

What if I arrive late or can't make it?

Your slot still ends on time. If you don't show up, the booking is forfeited.

What if BitsPickleball cancels my session?

If we cancel due to a power outage, maintenance or an emergency, you can rebook for free.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sportswear and clean, non-marking indoor shoes.

Can kids play?

Yes, as long as an adult supervises them at all times.
